Chef Sally prepares delicious and wholesome farm fresh food for all her guests. Sourced from local farmers from all over Cape Cod, Sally uses the finest organic produce, grass fed (and grass “finished”) proteins for her ketogenic and paleo recipes. Of course, for those who enjoy a simple chunk of bread with a sticky gooey cheese, there’s room for that as well on Sally’s the table.
Sally’s gourmet kitchen provides a comfortable venue for cooking demonstrations. Once a professional chef, Sally’s kitchen is fully equipped with just about every tool you can dream of to create even those most complicated of recipes. The Viking Range hosts two full-sized ovens, 6 burners and a griddle and a professional Traulsen refrigerator is large enough to accommodate food for a weekend’s event.
